Create Attribute View of "OSRQ"

Former Member

Good evening friends

I am new to the community

I want to see using the fields "OSRQ" in the HANA Modeler, but I can not find it. When I try to create a Atributte View tells me does not exist or when I open the view can not see the code for the fields or tables used.

How I can create a view that includes the "OSRQ"?

If you can help me I appreciate it.

Hello friends,

Use and joined other tables that bring the same information, actually had to join several tables (OINM, OSRI, OSRN) to find what he wanted.

Besides that, my purpose was to know if I can take a table as OSRQ and "convert" in attribute view, but can not.

I have to be creative to find a solution to this type of problem.

Thank you all for the help and support.

Hi,

Is "OSRQ" an object or table which you're trying to find?

If that is the case, then I guess you don't have access to view catalog objects and hence your search is incomplete.

Hi Anil,

It seems that is a table, that just is in the production database.

Thanks for answering

Hi Quiros,

As you can see that OSRQ is a row store table. This cannot be used for modeling.

I mean you cannot create attribute, analytical or calculation views on top of it.

It has to be a column store table, hence you can copy the data in this table to column store table and continue modelling.

Dear Anil and friends,
What I did was create a query within a calculated view and it worked !!

The query searches the table "OSRQ" and then from the Calculated View call the query.

Hi Quiros,

As I see, only one object is added to Join_5 node, which might be causing the issue. Two objects are required for a join node.

If you want a simple select on the row table OSRQ, then you can go with Calculation view - add a projection, add table OSQR to that and connect it to output. Calculation views can be build on row tables as well. But it is recommended to have the table as a column table in SAP HANA for analysis purposes.

Thank you Chandra,

Sorry about the Join_5
I leave the image with the projection

I have the same error ...

Internal Deployment of objects failed; Repository: Encountered an error in repository runtime extension; Internal Error 1 : no.950000 (mdx/metadata/deployment/deployCalcView.cpp:642)n An internal error occured. Assertion failed with error message

Thanks again,  i appreciate the cooperation.
