Crystal Report Viewer issue

Thanks for your help!

A very odd issue has been happening for me -- I'm launching a report via a third party application for mailing labels. On my computer, the mailing labels show up correctly in three columns and the formatting looks accurate. This is also true for one of my other coworkers. However, my two other coworkers see the mailing labels with a skewed format, and only in two columns (though there is room for a third column.. this is left blank). This third party application is being launched from a Citrix machine, so it can't be differences in RunTime or anything like that. I also changed my screen resolution to match that of my coworker who had the faulty report, but it still shows three columns for me. Any advice? Please help!

Depending on the default printer being used it can cause the page layout to alter.

Check their printers, they may not have the same ones as you do in your environment.
