Hi, would like to know your opinion.
If I develop one application on one JDI where the nameserver service is activated and:
1) it's equal to the hostnane (and equal to the object server and Cms server too)
2)do not contain the / character
3) it's not equal and do not contain the string "sap.com"
4) the SLD object server is NOT REGISTERED on SApnet, so there is no namespace reservation
If I import this application on other external JDI, in your opinion this application could be overwritten by SAp software or from other registered packages ?
regards
I would say that yes technically it could be overwritten. Someone would have to have the same server name as you as well as the same project name, which would be quite a feat, but it is still possible.
