Document Assignments for PM Orders.

I want to activate possibility of Document Assignments for PM Orders.

I use next SAP Help section for Description.

Document Assignments - Orders (CS-SE/PM-WOC-MO) - SAP Library

When I try enter PMAUFK objects in the

Cross-Application Components - Document Management - Control Data  - Define Document Types

- Define object links

I get next error

   No entry in TCLO for object PMAUFK

What am i doing wrong?

    Hello Konstantin,

    You are not doing anything wrong. SAP standard has not given this provision of attaching Documents (DMS) to an Order. See this related note: 1673999

    OR there is a possibility that your ABAPer can make it.

    Hi Konstantin,

    You need to maintain the Object Link first.

    Step 1 :

    SPRO - Document Management - Control Data - Maintain Key Fields

    Maintain PMAUFK and relevant informations. I dont have IDES, may be Pete Atkin can help you on this with screenshot.

    Step 2 :

    SPRO - Document Management - Control Data - Maintain Screen for Object Link


    Here maintain the screen number 500 as shown by Pete for Order.


    Step 3 : 

    SPRO - Document Management - Control Data - Define Document Types


    Now, you need to define here with the Object Link you have create with screen assignment.

    Hello ,

    Do you need to attach documnets(doc , xls,jpg) to orders?

    If yes do you want to use service for object option.(GOS)

    Functionality.

    Hi,

    Since table maintenance is allowed for TCLO, you can maintain the data from SM30.

    If maintenance generator is not created, create it navigating from SE11->utilities->table maintenance generator

      Because you suggested this, it is understood that you did this. Your reply can be better with more details and screen-shots if possible, because this is technical matter. After TMG of TCLO table in Dev210, what..??.   These details have to be there assuming the opposite person is completely non-technical. If you have command on what you've suggested, it will be helpful to the forum if you post this as a document, because the Query matter is an issue to many.

    Hello within the Customer Engagement initiative we integrated the documents to the PM order and Task List. so this is available in Standard please have a look at

    the following thread also handle this questions

    as the whole document functionality is within 2 Innovation please also refer to SAP Note 1821916. Here it is also described which manual activities have to be done.
