Hi,
I have controller access and I am not able to see my own logs in "Firefighter logs" in NWBC. Can you please tell me what is wrong here? I am able to see other users' logs but not mine.
Thanks and regards,
Subha
Hi All,
Thanks a lot for the replies.
@Deepak, Muhammed,
We, we log into NWBC with the FF id and we werent able to see the logs there.
@Alessandro
Thanks for the document!
Actually, we have defined access based on countries. The user was in a country and was trying to see another country logs. Sometimes, solutions can be as simple as this 😕
Sorry for the convenience.
Thanks a lot!!
Regards,
Subha

Subha,
what is your current release and SP level? Please read the following document carefully:
I have seen that with AC10.1 SP10 the own logs are not visible. I assume that with SP10 a new authority check was implemented but not properly documented how to allow. I will check further and keep you posted.

Alessandro

Dear Subhashree,
You will not be able to see your logs of course You should be able to see logs of all FF User IDs. The system is behaving as per your configuration. Do let us know if there is any gap in our understanding.

Hello Subhashree,
What do you mean by: I am not able to see my own logs in "Firefighter logs" in NWBC?
Is it that after you execute t-codes using your id and then login into EAM, you are not able to seethe logs or you are not able to see the logs of the FF Ids that are mapped to your id?
