We recently upgraded from Peoplesoft 9.1 PT8.52 Oracle 11.2.0.3 to Peoplesoft 9.2 PT8.54 Oracle 11.2.0.4. We have a Crystal Report 2008 report which displays a field which has Time format in Peopletools. In the database the field format is Timestamp. Example of data stored in the field: 01/01/1900 08:00:00000 In Peoplesoft 9.1, the report formats and displays the field correctly to 08:00 In Peoplesoft 9.2, the report displays the field to 3:14 This happens for any value stored in the field e.g. 01/01/1900 08:00:00000, 01/01/1900 08:30:00000 etc. – the field is always displayed as 3:14 on the report. We made a test and changed the field format to Date-Time instead of Time in Peopletools and only then, the Crystal report displayed the value correctly. Is Crystal Report unable to read/format Time fields correctly in peoplesoft 9.2/Peopletools 8.54?
Try searching for that in SCN, Oracle no longer supports Crystal Reports.
Only option is to go back to previous version of Oracle People Tools.
