Subject code is not determined in crmd_order

Dear Friends,

I am working in crm 5.0 version. We have configured subject profiles with service order to determine the reasons. It was working fine. but now while creating a transaction subject code is not determined.

I have check all the customizing, everything is as per the standard.

It was observed that crm_order_read does not fetch the subject profile.

Please advise to solve out.
