SNP Location Heuristic does not work correctly

Dear Guru´s,

a short discription to our Situation:

We have demands in our DC 8100 for the next couple of months, all our product have procurement type F. A T_Lane is allready set to production plant 8000. When we start the Location heuristic the System generates only stock Transfers for the first and the fourth month. Actually i have no idea how to fix this because we want receipts for all demands.

Are you running the location Heuristic only for DC 8100.?

I think there could be multiple reasons, looks for your lot size or calendars defined at DC/Plant or on transportation lane. You could also check the lead time ?

Hi Amol,

so i checked what you said.

Lot Size is in DC lot for lot.

Our calendars are allways FK (factory calendar).

Where can i check the lead time? In Master Data (procurement we have 3 Days) and in T_Lane are 24 hours

Pierre,

Can you check the details of the Receipts being generated at "8100" like Opening Date, Start Date, Start Time. Make sure it is consistent with all the lead times maintained. ( T-Lane, Planned Delivery Time, GR/GI processing time for the product at both Plant and DC). You could also try removing the Target Days' Supply from the Product at DC and run Location Heuristics.
