STMS configuration error

Error occurred in H11 TMS communication

Message no. XT149

Diagnosis

An error occurred in the TMS communication layer of the following SAP system:

   System: H11.DOMAIN_H11(000)
   Function: TMS_CI_PING
   Error: USER_TMSADM_DENIED ()

System Response

The function terminates.

Procedure

Check your transport control station configuration with transaction STMS.

We are getting this error after configuring development server as domain controller. While check connection test above error in occurs.

Please help to solve this error as we have pending transports to move in to production.

Hi,

Perform TP check from stms and post the error.

"USER_TMSADM_DENIED ()"

seems to be some authentication issue with user TMSADM.

re-configure the STMS again and check
