Dynamic EPMSELECTMEMBER

Hello Experts,

I want to give cell reference in Filter section of EPMSELECTMEMBER function. But whenever I select member through EPMSELECTMEMBER the function gets Static.

Any help on this...

Hi BHagyesh,

To make it dynamic, you can pass the filter values in a cell and can give the cell reference in filter.

Suppose you have Profitcenter ID in cell G13 then in G14 populate "PROFITCENTER="G13 Value and then pass G14 in Filter.

Yes,

Looks like a bug in EPM (tested also on SP23P1). And Astha solution is a correct workaround:

use Filter parameter as a reference to another cell. In this case the reference will not be converted to text.

P.S. In my Excel language version the function parameter delimiter is ";", not ","

Hi Bhagyesh,

Can you please specify the filters that you want to add in formula. The cell value "PROFIT_CENTER="G14 should be made by concatenating the values so that it can be read dynamically from the formula.
