Complete document flow not available in SAP Hybris C4C

Hi,

We have created a Sales Order w/r to opportunity from SAP C4C to ECC.

Now we have COD1 available in our output type of Sales order hence we are able to see all the sales order in external document flow in Account section of C4C but we have also created deliveries in ECC and linked to Sales Order.

These deliveries we are able to see on the document flow tab of Opportunities in C4C but at the same time deliveries are not available or have not be shown on External Document flow tab of customer in C4C.

Please suggest us on this.

Hi Ankur,

You need to use the iflow Request Document Flow from SAP Business Suite and also need to configure the service cod_erp_get_doc_flowin ECC. Hope this helps.
