Hi SAP Portal's gurus
This is Victor, I use Universal Work List in SAP Portal. Sometimes the task (ítems) of the UWL appear as text instead of hypelink.
The user can't work with the task.
I have a workaround for the issue. I deactivate and Re-Register the system.
I don't understand why the issue appear in different times.
What is the problema?

The only curious thing regarding your scenario is that according to what you've mentioned, if you clear the UWL cache the problem is resolved. BUT after some time, problem reappears. That's strange and shouldn't be the case.
Please verify according to the KBA.

Thank you for your time.
I had already received the note 2030570.
My issue is different to the note, because in my case the information is well defined for workitem, the problem is that the link is not enabled.
I omit mention exist othe workaround, clearing browser cookies.
