Workflow according to approval limit in HR Hierarchy

Hi All

First of all I m not from SAP HR module but need this information urgently.

We have a workflow which works according to HR Hierarchy. How can I see which users are assigned to approval limit.

I tried Tcode- PPOSE & went to tasks with approval limit. I m not able to find users for that particular limit.

Approval wil be decided via workflow and workflow will decide the agent (approvar). This agent determination can be via the organization structure in HR with the object relationship.

Ex.Employee belongs to an organization unit, and that organization unit is managed by a manager.

Relationship is-  Employee attached to a position( 008), and that position belongs to an org-unit (003) and that org-unit managed by a manager.(012)

Employee P--B008--S---A003--O--B012---S---A008---P (Manager -Approvar)

P-Person / employee (leave requester or approver)

S-Position

O-Organization unit

This data can be fetched from table HRP1001.

I m not on my system but will this table show me approval limit for all users/approvers.

Hi Dinesh

Table-HRP1001 shows who can make PR with the approval limit. But it doesn't shows shows to whom the PR should go for approval.

Pls advice.

In the organization structure, you can find who is the manager for a person (employee)  or user via evaluation path. better you get help from HR functional consultant. they can help you.
