/401 not correct after HRSP 92

We applied HRSP 87 to 92 and while testing it seems for only a handful employees, Fed withholding is decreasing.

Anyone came accross this issue? Any inputs will be of great help..This is urgent:)

I presume that you're on ECC 6.0, but what Enhancement Package are you on?

Hi,

If before and after application of HRSP nothing (no master data and no configuration) is changed and you are running for same period to compare results then you will need to work with SAP on this issue if results don't seem to match.

We did end up writing to SAP and they addressed our issue. NOte 2215294 is being implemented and will hopefully fix our issue.

Did you look at below things before confirming if this is really an issue.

a. If there has been changes to any payments retroactively.

b. If no configuration was changed for taxability.

c. If no master data was changes retroactively.

Also, please provide a set-up for one of the employee with details from pay results as what results you see that you think is incorrect.

HI

There is no change in gross /101, no changes in any other wt except /401 and that leads to difference in /560 and /5U0.

Just to back out a bit, the difference was detected by comparing "before" hrsp and "after" hrsp files. Still cant figure out where the diff is coming from!!

I checked below note, which came thru SP 89 but not sure if that is the cause..

DO you think its okay to remove this note and test??
