Hello everybody,
I have question about Ticket, is it posible create sales order from ticket?
best regards.
Allan
Hi Allan,
The ticket only allows you to create follow-up C4C Leads, C4C Opportunities, C4C Sales Quotes, C4C Tickets, and C4C Tasks as a standard feature.
We are considering to include the C4C Sales Order as well but it is not planned. Please post this as an idea and if you have a customer requesting it will be prioritized higher.
As alternate solutions you have the following:
1. In SDK, you can add this button to do a create with reference scenario to any standard object not delivered in standard (such as Customer Quote -> Type Sales Order)
2. Use the Sales Quote. As a transaction type you can define a "Direct Sales Order" which can create a SD Order instead of an Inquiry (the C4C Sales Quote and C4C Sales Order, while have a different UI in C4C the underlying object is the Customer Quote BO so the iflows are the same for both objects.
3. Use a C4C Mashup to include the SD VA01 transaction in C4C.
Thanks,
Rei

What about the Work ticket to ECC billing request scenario? Isn't there a sales document or debit memo request created as part of that flow? I thought ECC billing requests could only be created as a follow up to a sales document.
Can you also confirm one cannot sell spare parts from a work ticket? That scenario (like with SAP CRM ) would require the creation of a sales order from the work ticket.
