Fixed Asset Issue - Inventory item to Fixed asset Item

Dear Export:

One of My customer  have  purchased 10 computer as inventory item and they sold  8 computer  to customer, and Balance 2 computer they have using in internal usage .how i can move that 2 computer as Fixed asset item. kindly help me out this issue. we are  using 9.1 PL 05.

Create your two fixed assets items, issue the two out of stock, then do an acquisition document in Fixed Assets module

Thanks . how can i use the same  item code as fixed asset master .

You can't use the same number, but I have my customers adding the item code as the mfr code instead so it is still searchable
