GRR2 translation for title page

In GRR2 report painter transaction the title page elements such as Date, Pages and Requested By are not translated in Chinese. Is there a way I can control it. I am attaching a screen shot -

The translations for GRR2 translations come from table RTXTL and for some reason the Chinese language entries in this table were in English. A lot of debugging finally pointed me to this table.
