Action field in Sales Data

Hello!

I'd like to delete an incorrect Sales data from Sales Data view of Account details in Production tennant, but there are neither Delete button nor Action column on this screen. I tried to switch to Adaptation mode, choose Edit Screen -> Screen Lyout and choose section Sales Data, but there is no field Actions available. I didn't have that problem in the test tennat since there was Action field in that section there already.

Validate following in your C4C Tenant:


1.  Whether ECC or CRM Integartion scoped or not

2.  Business Role configuration for Action button.

Does that meens that it is not possible to delete sales data if we have ECC or CRM integration in scope?

Yes. This data is meant to be replicated from on prem to C4C. If you allow the ability to edit it while you have the integration on, you may get unexpected behavior in C4C since the replication is only one way (on prem to cloud).

Hello Rei,

Sales data integration is two ways.

I currently maintain sales datas in C4C      nd replicate them in ECC.

My problem is that I have some incorrects data in C4C (ex: division has not been filled) that create inconcistencies in ECC and that I can't change/delete in C4C.

That is why ECC should be the leading system to define the sales area data and push it down to C4C, not the other way around (if this is a B2B scenario and you define your sales areas clearly in ECC for the master data of accounts, products, and employees).

Our system is integrated with On Premise and customer data was uploaded through Migration tool

Is  there  any way to remove the incorrect sales data from Account.like sales organization division. distribution channel..

Can you please advise.
