Time Management Quota Queries

Dear SAP Experts,

I am currently facing the following 2 problems for using time quota generation program PT_QTA00:

• Time Quota Number of days: is generated incorrectly configuration is set to grant employee 5 fixed calendar days per calendar year but when I started to generate quota for one of the employee, quota generated comes as 5.25 days which is more than the annual entitlement!
• By running time quota generation program PT_QTA00 multiple times, time quotas get generated multiple times as well and no error messages is displayed. How can I fix this?

Can you send a screenshot of the relevant config tables?

For your 1st query check the constant value in the base entitlement or what is the requirement for quota generation and how you have configured in the system.

In selection criteria there have a radio button present as new quota. Please check once and let me know for your second query.

Thanks for your quick response.

For my first request constant value is 5 but while generating it's coming as 5 days for some

employees but for some others it's coming as 5.25 and I have no clue why.

For my second query, I mean it's displayed in infotype 2006 multiple times (so quota is generated more than once) even if I chose display only new quota radio button, other quotas are not displayed in the output for the quota generation program but are generated and displayed as multiple record in infotype 2006.
