Auto download csv files from SAP B1

Hi all

We are working towards integrating our SAP B1 software with a third party courier application.

We need to automatically download delivery notes in csv format from SAP. Obviously I know this can be done manually, but what I would like to happen is that anytime a delivery note is added to SAP and fulfils certain criteria, then a csv file is automatically downloaded and stored in a file location.

Is this possible?

try to create the file as a job in the MS SQL Server.

Most carrier software like UPS worldship allows u to use ODBC connection. so u just  need to create a View and map the view into carrier software.
