Can't navigate to Account Identification with confirmed BP (after upgrade EHP1->EHP3)


We just upgraded from EHP1 to EHP3.

We have 2 scenarios - both with same issue after upgrade

1) We search BPs and confirm - automatically navigate to Interaction Record

2) We create call list and after selection of a call and confirmation of BPs - automatically navigate to Planned Call

For both scenarios we would like to have the opportunity to navigate back to Account Identification

Before upgrade this was possible for both scenarios.

After upgrade this is NOT possible for the scenarios

Without any problems we can navigate to Fact sheet, Overview, Interaction history...

If we are at Interaction Record/Planned Call - nothing happens

If we are at other screens (e.g. Fact Sheet, Interaction history...) click at "Account identification" goes to Interaction Record/Planned Call

I could not find any notes for this issue.

I hope someone can help me 😀

    I have found note 1667111 describes the problem.

    The note should be included in support packages before EHP3, then it should be okay.

    But it does not seem to be correct.

    I have raised a message for SAP.
