Exstantion field in the account creation

Hello!

I wonder if it is possible to add an exstantion field in the account creation. I have already added such field in account details view, but I can't find a way to put in screen you see after pressing "New" button.

I hope to get an answer from the pros here.

Hello Nadezhda,

You can add the Extension Fields created on the Details via KUT/Adaptation Tool. Check this is available to be added by KUT on create screen.

Can data be displayed through web service (SOAP) in these extension fields?

Hello Srini,

Yes it can be done. You can fill in the Extension fields through Web Service. This will be total SDK development, so these extension fields should be created via SDK and consume the Web Service to fetch and display the data into these Extension fields.
