SOAP: TEXT/HTML; HTTP 404 Not Found

I face following error on SOAP receiver channel:

com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: java.io.IOException: invalid content type for SOAP: TEXT/HTML; HTTP 404 Not Found

To date it worked without any errors.

For the same message and same address, on test environment channel works properly (without any errors). The problem is only on production

What could be the reason?

As Inaki suggested check the firewall and URL.

Also check it there system is up and running or any certificate installed expired.

Hi Angel,

The problem could be a firewall problem or an URL wrong for pro environment. The http error shows the URL can't be reached from PI.

Are you the http endpoint is available on the pro environment?
