Missing pictograms in ESS menu

hi,

i am implmenting ESS under NWBC. Now i have the problem that all pictograms are NOT displayed in the menu. See first screenshot, icon is not displayed. See second screenshot from another system: icon is displayed.

The role is okay in PFCG, so the pictogram should be displayed.

Any ideas ? Maybe there is a service missing in SICF, which has to be activated ? I have compared both system, i can't find any differences there

now i have found out that the problem only occurs with the sap_corbu theme. any ideas ?

better raise a message with SAP? chekc the note

Hi,

just for your information: we have raised OSS message. took long time for SAP to find the problem -> it was problem in SAP standard (not "customer made") -> we have implemented the new note 2245771 which resolved the issue.
