POWL: behaving differently, for same setting. e.g.. AC/(RM,PC) Inbox

HI All,

I have tried Sync call checked/unckecked and Every page/list visit selected for AC Inbox query : GRFN_INBOX_AC. But it is not getting refreshed, automatically(page/list visit). But refresh is automatic for RM and PC inbox.

Could you suggest why.

The same happens for other queries belonging to the same application

    Dear Plaban,

    when you change the settings in POWL_COCKPIT you need to delete the queries from the users so that they get the latest configuration. Therefore run the report POWL_D01 and delete the user querys. You will then see that the users get the updated in personalization screen in NWBC:

    In my example I have changed the refresh type for the process control inbox and deleted the queries from my user. Afterwards I was able to see the new refresh type accordingly.

      POWL_D01 seems to remove the buffer, from which settings take effect. There was default page setup, in Personalise, which resolved the issue.
