SAP Work Manager 6.2 Customer Service and MRS Integration

Hi All,

I am working on SAP Work Manager 6.2 along with Customer Service Add-on.

We have requirement that Team Lead should be able assign operations to technicians from Mobile device which should reflect to MRS planning board.

Do you have any idea how we can achieve this functionality?

Is there any Function Module available to do assignment which reflect in MRS planning board?

    Kaivan,

    Our product that is designed to support MRS thoroughly is called "Service Manager". Service Manager is for SAP CRM while Work Manager is for SAP ERP. We can give you a reference tied to Service Manager and you can see if it helps you out.

    There are a lot of request on how to improve Work Manager to interface with CRM (even though it is for ERP). The Customer Service addon is the closest one for the feature to support customer but the main backbone is still ERP.  So there may be better improvement for Work Manager Customer Service to get more features in the future but ultimately Service Manager is the main product for CRM (and Sales Manager).

    Kaivan,

    There is no out of the box integration between Work Manager and MRS at this time.  You can certainly develop the integration but it is not a quick change.
