Check validity deduction interval in table V_T559D and base entitlement (V_T559E) whether you have assigned date type? if so, assign the date type in IT0041

In addition to what Dinesh said, IT 41 needs to be valid for the accrual periods.

Standard procedure is to create IT 41 from service start date (or confirmation date, depending on the requirements) to 31.12.9999, using dynamic actions, when a personnel action is used for hiring or confirming service .

Sometimes (e.g. initial implementation or creating a new date type for a specific requirement) it may be required to upload to create/update IT 41 using LSMW or similar 3rd party tools like InfoShuttle or Data Sync Manager.

The table T588Z would be configured for IT 8, using P check for molga, pers action type, EG/ESG, PA/PSA, then insert IT 41 with the necessary date types/date values. Usually a function call is used to determine the date types and dates, because dynamic actions can not perform calculations.

IT 19 also is inserted with T588Z.
