webdynpro JAVA applications rendering in portal

Hi all,

After upgrade the custom theme is not working for webdynpro JAVA applications and instead of that the sap tradeshow theme is rendering.

After little investigation we notice the sap theme is taken from backend instead of portal. I am already applied following note: 1446099 but the issue persist, and I am using theme editor tool but when trying the theme designer tool the issue also reproduced.

I record the traces and can see following error:

" StyleSheetLinkCalculation: LAFService is not available"

Why this happening?

Hi Gadi,

Actually this is also a known issue that fixed in 731 sp 14 and up/740 sp 09 and up.

For getting the fix you can apply following note:

2137529 - LAFService is not available from webdynpro java application
