GRC Ac 10.1 to EP Integration not working

Hi There,

Need some help on GRC to EP Config Issue.We are on GRC 10.1 SP 08 and trying to integrate Enterprise Portal into GRC. As per the AC10 EP Configuration Document provided in the SAP notes. In EP we are using LDAP as data source.We are trying to assign a EP Group to a user via Access Request and the --

1)request is getting failed and getting routed to the admin path. It

has a message 'No valid id to modify defined' in the audit log. Please find

the attached screenshot-1

2) The other message we got for new user request is 'ZS_SECURITY role

is already assigned to TEST_1234 in system SP1_EP

3) The third message what we get in audit log is

'No valid id to modify defined'

'Could not update user. Attribute "department" on n'

'Could not update user. Attribute "department" on namespace

"com.sap.security.core.usermanagement" of principal

"USER.CORP_LDAP.aXXX'

'No valid id to modify defined'

Please let me know your thoughts and experiences on this.

Raju,

I too would like some insight on the "No valid id to modify defined" error.  We have recently updated GRC to integrate with EP and I am starting to see this error in the audit log of recent requests.  The end users are NOT receiving their portal access because of this.
