Responsive UI features

Hi

We have implemented 1508 SAP C4C sales and went live around 2 weeks ago.

End User are using RUI.

There are some short comings / limitations  which we observed in the current RUI features for analytics

Can some from Product management help us to get an answer on when this issues/features will be resolved or added to RUI.

1. In Analytics--> Reports: Current feature does not offer adding new fields/selection to the report view ( please confirm if this feature is coming in lease)

2. Like HTML5 reports , our users would like to download the reports via MS excel, or email the reports as attachment etc. Similar to the setting functionalities in HTML5. when will be this feature be available?

Another draw back. Once a User logs-off from RUI ( Responsive UI) and then logs in back using the URL on the screen, instead of RUI the user is shown the HTML5 view.

is this bug or do we have a solution for login back to RUI from the browser by clicking the link on the screen.

This is observed when a user is time out and then wants to log back in.

Is there a solution for this available.

Please help to provide any information on the above topics

Hello Piyush,

   The Analytics feature to add new fields/selection will be available with 1511 release (Novermber 2015). The ability to download reports via MS Excel is currently in planning and will be available later in 2016.

   For the logout-login issue please append the following string to the URL you are using after the .com in the URL. "/sap/public/byd/runtime?client_type=newhtml"

e.g. https://myXXXXXX.crm.ondemand.com/sap/public/byd/runtime?client_type=newhtml

Hello Shailesh,

is there also a parameter for the sso url? (see below)

https://myxxxxx-sso.crm.ondemand.com/sap/byd/runtime?client_type=newhtml

So that if a user logs in from the SSO-URL and logs out than he should be directed back to the sso- URL when clicking the restart application link.

Hi Betim,

Please raise an incident requesting SAP to set RUI as the default UI for your tenant.

Once this is done, you would always be redirected to the RUI login page on logout (SSO or not).
