Backup Strategy Best Practice on System Z

Hi,

We have several SAP systems running on system Z (DB2 on z/OS and SAP appl server on zVM).

What would be the recommended approach for backing up the whole SAP environment while preserving the consistency between different SAP components (i.e appl server, SCS, DB2 data and any other component linked to it which are running on xServer like ContentServer, Trex ... etc).
