Is there anyone of you can stop this pop-up ?

Whenever i create Sales Order this made me in trouble.

Your Organisational Data Determination is not working. This Profile is assigned to your Transaction Type.

It might also be a problem of the symptom above, but i think it's not the core reason.

Because that pop-up shows everytime, not relevant to specific transaction type like 'ZSAL'.

What i mean is, when i choose Transaction Type Telesales (TA) or something else that pop-up shows again and again. so i think It is not relevant to 'Sales Order' org. profile assignment.

Additionally, this was not showed in the first time.

I think one of our team members (including me) handled something wrong while studying SAP CRM but i can't fix it. T T...

Hi

Refer to SAP CRM Best Practice guides which discuss how to configure Org Model Determination.

In addition to my original response, ensure that your Org Model has all of the relevant settings. Particularly the determination check box.
