Hi All,

While confirming multiple orders with multiple operations using IW48 ,check boxes such as " final confirmation" , "No remaning" are getting deselcted automatically . Upon flagging these check boxes available on top i.e default areas , check boxes at line item level are not selected . Can anyone please let me know how can I select checkboxes for all line item at one time . IW48 screen is attached herewith. Thanking you .

HI Pranjal,

Once you have listed all the orders in IW48

Select the indicators and press enter, it will apply to all the Orders / Operations below

This is what I have tried in the system, it was working.

IW48 - Execute with Collective Confirmation

Select the Check Box in the default column and press enter

Now all the Order Operation below are set with check box.

Click on All Actual Data

Actual hours are updated in the orders

On save, Confirmations are posted.

This is how it should work . But in my system , once I am clicking " All Actual Data" , check box for all lines desected . Even afterwards I select check box in default column, other check box is not being selected as attached herewith.

Have you checked in OIOR.

1. Final Confirmation

2. Post open Reservation

Then check whether it defaults following the above method

Hi Pranjal,

Just tick for default and then click on Check button. Continue if any message and then click on Default button.

Is it an option for you to set the confirmation parameters in OIOR? You can set the proposed flags there.

Hello Pranjal,

Put your Order number and select all these ticks at the top (Default values screen) and press Enter. These ticks will be selected for all the operations in the Confirmations screen below.

But I need to confirm multiple orders(20/30 nos) at one time not only one order . As suggested by you . we can enter only one order in that box. How can we do for multiple orders at one time .

In this case

Do not enter Order number. Simply select all ticks in the Default values screen and press Enter. These ticks will be selected for all Orders available in the Confirmations screen.
