SAP Lumira 1.28.4 -Windos 8.1 64 bit

Good day , I downloaded the trial version of SAP Lumira 1.28.4 (64 bits), from your portal Sapstore; I installed it, I start properly, when I try to load an Excel file local to create a new dataset; I try to import  the document but remains locked without giving me any kind of error.

N.B. I can not even open the test files that are preloaded on Lumira.

I tried to uninstall the product using the sap notes :scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-51984,but the problem remains.

Forwarding technical information of my pc:windows 8.1 pro 64 bit ; 6 gb ram.

Are you able to create a lumira story off of any other datasource? CSV? MS SQL?

What happens if you try to open the test files? Hang?

Good day , I tried to enter a .csv file , text file and import table by sql database, but the problem remains.

Is possible that version of Lumira (1.28.4) is incompatible with Windows 8.1 64-bit?

Because in the download page the technical information, say windows 8 64 bit  not 8.1;

however I tried the software in other pc with windows 7 sp1 64 bit but I always problems.

Can u add debug line in SAP Lumira in .ini file and show console error.
