How to Cancel multiple Sales Quotation in SAP B1?

Hi Guys,

Please help me with my problem. I want to cancel multiple Sales quotation in SAP B1 (ex. all Sales quotation date from[date]-to[date] all open quotation that should be cancel or closed by now.). It is like 2000+ records and it will take me forever if I will going to do it manually or one by one, is there any way to cancel it in bulk?

Hi John,

You can bulk Cancel/Close from Open Item List Report.

Go to Reports--> Sales & Purchasing--> Open Item List

Select Sales Quotation in dropdown and it will bring all Open Sales Quotes and then multiple select them and right and you find Close or cancel option.

This will close/cancel all the selected Sales Quotations.
