About ID Structure

Hello, I'm a beginner of this module.

And while doing an exercise i got a question.

The thing i wonder is.. when i create Sales Order 'Telesales (TA)' , Employee Responsible CRM-33 ( It is my Login ID ) is 'A'.

But when i create Sales Order 'Sales Process (ZSAL)', Employee Responsible CRM-33 is 'B'.

And i can't understand why is this possible, and why did SAP make these things possible.

One user ID is assigned for 2 employees.

Hi

This is because SAP make highly configurable solutions.

Check the Partner Determination assigned to each of the Transaction Types that you are using.

They will most likely be different.

I'm so confusing now. Today i checked it one more time and got a result that Employee Responsible CRM-33 is same as 'A', regardless of Sales Order and Telesales.

I guess there were some lags transmitting changes of SAP GUI to CRM Web UI yesterday.

Anyway.. the problem is solved
