Hi Folks,
I am currently doing client based groupware integration with office 365.
When I am trying to install synchronization software some mandatory software components are missing out of which Microsoft outlook is one.
But since I want to synchronize with office 365 how should I go ahead?
Installation guide from service market place says
"Support for Microsoft Office 365 is available from 10.30 SP 02 onwards (SAP Note
1895186), Office 365 should be configured with Microsoft Office 2010 SP1 client
(should have latest updates provided by Microsoft Outlook 2010 SP1) or Microsoft
Outlook 2013 client."
Pls suggest
Regards
Jaya.
Jaya,
data synchronization between SAP and Office 365 is really easy to Setup, can be done in a few minutes using the Layer2 Cloud Connector.

Do you want to check if desktop client is what might help you. I do not know if it works with Outlook 365 but check on this article.
