Hi All,

There is a business config on this app. However I would like to know is it possible to customize the personalization dialog so that I can add more selection criteria. For e.g.  Order Types, Orders, Company codes and other Parameters . So that budget for specific master data can be processed. I have maintain DIA_CCC in personlization dialog on company code but seems the apps does not capture the required parameter. Anyone know hows the app trigger and check on the personlization config?

Hi Ben,

I hope you have already followed the steps mentioned in Business Configuration.

1. Run tx. FPB_MAINTAIN_PERS_S
2. In personalization dialog enter DIA_IOMONITOR, provide your Fiori user name and execute.
3. Specify Controlling Area, Internal Order Group & Cost Element Group. For Manage Budget app all these three parameters are mandatory. Save the details.

Now you would need some test data.

You would need to have internal orders having status COMPLETED, CLOSED & LOCKED (ONLY) .

You may change the status of internal orders using tx. KO02.

For eg: the code for LOCKED status is I0043.

When the above configuration and test data is in place you will be able to see something in the app.

Hi Dharmaraj,

Yes, I have maintain those three parameter. However I still have doubt.

1. Lets say I have 3 company code, am I able to view all internal order that I'm authorized? As there is no selection parameter for company code.

2. What if I want to view the internal order for 2 company code out of 3, am I able to make such filter?

3. Is there any parameter selection to filter order type for this app?

4. Does it mean I need to have dual maintenance(existing authorization and personalization dialog) for my controlling area, internal order group and cost element group as I have make these config for my existing user before implementing this app?

Another question. Is there any other way to skip this business configuration as I do not want do have dual maintenance on the business config as I have given the authorization to the existing users before implementing this app?
