Assignment Field (BSEG-ZUONR) and Sp.G/L assgt (BSEG-HZUON)

Hi,

I posted a FI entry as follow:

Line Item 1: Dr. Expenses

Line Item 2: Cr. Vendor (Sp.GL E)

When I enter line item 2, I also entered some data in the "Assignment" field (BSEG-ZUONR). At this point, the Sp.G/L assgt field (BSEG-HZUON) is not visible.

However, after posting the document, when I run FBL3N for the special GL, the assignment field displayed is actually taking from BSEG-HZUON but I actually need to see the data I entered in BSEG-ZUONR.

Therefore, my questions are:

- How do I make the field BSEG-HZUON visible during data entry?

- If it is impossible to have BSEG-HZUON visible during data entry, how do I get BSEG-HZUON =  BSEG-ZUONR? I can only think of using substitution rule but I wonder if there are other alternative?

Hi Joyce,

I believe you are posting it through FB60. Try to post with F-43/FB01, here you can find the field by click on More data tab.
