PM - How to transport Revisions OIOB to QA and PRD environment

Hi,

I need to create about a 1000 new revisions (spread over multiple plants). Via the trx. OIOB I can create them in my development system but it seems I can not transport them to the QA and PRD environments!

What am I missing? Or the transport funcionality simply does not aply for these revisions?

Hello Aart,

The word or function 'Transport'  is relevant and comes into picture where SAP standard architecture does not allow us to create/change something directly in the target clients, i.e., QA or PRD. This tcode is not from those. This tcode is a very normal one where you will be able to create your records directly in QA and/or PRD. So there is no question of Transport. So, it is  standard behaviour that OIOB does not create Transport request when you create some entry in DEV200 (Golden master).

Now if your requirement is to reduce your effort in having all 1000 records identically in all 3 clients (DEV220, QAS and PRD) then you need to use tools like LSMW to upload the same.
