I have modified a Visual Basic.net desktop to work in visual studio 2010 and converted the crystal reports to become SAP crystal reports. In the original version of the crystal reports, the crystal reports would show the entire of the height of the desktop screen and most of the width of the desktop screen. Now in the updated version using SAP crystal reports the display area is a lot smaller by height and width. Now the users are having problem being able to click on the items they need to select.
Thus can you tell me in SAP crystal reports that uses the .net framework 3.5, how to adjust the height and width of the crystal reports? Would you tell me and/or point me to a link that will tell me how to accomplish this goal?
Hi Diane
Screen shots may help.
Also, typically the screen height / width is dependent on the printer driver the report is using. See if enabling the "No Printer" options will help.
