CPS Windows File Event

Hi,
We are running CPS M33.69 and have a requirement to monitor a Windows folder and pick up files and process . It works fine if we have a CPS OS agent installed in the server where the folder sits .If its a Windows shared folder in another server where there is no CPS Windows OS agent the File event does not work.

Please advise if there are any work around for this ?Is it mandatory to have an agent in all servers ?

Thank you

Yes you need to install the agent locally on the server inorder for the file events to work. I think file events support on network shares is provided in SAP BPA V9.

    Thanks,

    Lohit.
