Interaction record multilevel categorization is not showing up

HI Experts,

Need your help regarding Multilevel categorization.

We are using Multilevel categorization in Interaction center( Category1 and Category 2).

In interaction record, I am able to select Category1 and Category 2 values and save the interaction record without any errors.

When I reopen the interaction recprd , the multilevel categorization values (Category1 and category 2) are not appearing.

Please could you help me on this?

That sounds like a bug.
