how to make quality at work center level

we have a running process of separation of cream from milk . i want the running quality of cream and skim milk at the work center level. how it is possible in sap

Hi,

You can think about a process of activating QM at high level -

Try activating inspection type 03 [in-process inspection], for production order, where you have one of the operations with work Center [As Cream Separator Machine], where you will add MIC's to check the quality of cream and other parameters.

Activate Inspection point for your Routing, where you have 6 fields to be filled in. These fields should always be filled in order to track the inspection points created and result recorded accordingly.

I think this is the standard QM activation process I am suggesting for your case. If you have any industry specific variations, then you need to adjust it in line with business requirement.
