I have a situation while creating SO in VA01 with reference to Quotation.
1) I am creating a Sales Order with reference to Quotation.
2) In Quotation line item, I have added a manual pricing condition
3) At the time of creating SO (with ref to quotation), above line item is getting substituted with another item and re-pricing is done for the substitute line item automatically
4) While checking the substituted line item price condition in SO, the manual price condition is not copied to substituted material.
I want that manual price condition added in quotation line item should also be copied to Substitute line item in SO (Re-pricing should not be done for substitute line item)
I have searched SAP archives and internet for the solution but unable to find anything. Please help.
Hi All,
It needs to be resolved through User-exit.
Include Program – RV61AFZB, Form Routine – USEREXIT_XKOMV_BEWERTEN_END in internal table XVBAPU and TKOMV.

I think its because while copying the quote to order - system is again trying to check the availability in APO and re-adding as a new lines.
We are also facing the same issue. Did any one of you got any solution, please let us know. It would be same for the line item text too.

Hi Nilay,
Try by changing the Pricing type to 'C - Copy manual pricing elements unchanged & Redetermine others' instead of 'D' & let us know if it is working or not.

Hello,
I have a similar issue but not exactly the same.
Our issue is -
We have APO which confirms the stock. Based on plant substitution rules - the part got confirmed from different plants -
For eg - Part - ABC - Order qty - 100.
As entire requested qty is not available in one plant it got confirmed from 3 plants then in that case sub-lines gets generated for the line and they get confirmed for the respective plants. (Item category - TAPA/TAN scenario).
When manual prices are entered on the sub-lines of the quotation - these are not getting copied to the sales order.
We tried with pricing type - "C" and other types too.. it didn't worked.
If any one has faced this issue and addressed in the past, please share it.
Thank you.
