Portfolio Item BCV side panel Overview graphs show no content

Hi all.

In the portfolio item I can access the BCV sidepanel by pressing "Reporting Cockpit". 

In the example I am looking at now there is both budget- and actual values available (visible in the Financial Informations tab).

When checking the Overview graphs (Actual Costs: Breakdown By Fiscal Year and Budgets: Breakdown by Fiscal Year) they do however not show any data.

Ideas on how to resolve this / what may be missing would be appreciated.

Did you follow the configuration steps of BCV reports and activation?

Hi Mariano.

I have tried to follow the PPM 6.1 configuration guide for SP03 , pages 39-40, e.g.

1) Business function (/BCV/MAIN) has been activated via SWF5

2) The queries for the /RPM/BCV_USR user group have been generated

3) The R&A resource have assigned the composite role SAP_RPM_BCV_USER_COMP to the test user

It seems something in addition to this need to be done for the BCV reports that I have missed.  Any ideas on what?

Ps.

I mentioned the case with the item sidepanel Overview graphs with breakdown by fiscal year not being populated earlier.

The same also applies for the item Overview>Phases and Decision "Schedule Chart" report:; the report s shown but without the planned dates maintained for the gates depicted in the report.

Hi Mariano.

Sorry for taking so long time to reply to your suggestion.  I have marked it as helpful and will ensure the user parameter mentioned is set.

There is however something else that is wrong and I have had an incident going for some time which is now being processed. Eventually I hope this will get sorted via that incident.
