Having several product hierarchies on the same crm system

Dear experts,

We are about to use 2 business roles on the same CRM, we also need 2 different product hierarchies : one for each business role.

My question is the following : I don't see how i can activate two different product hierarchies on the same system.
When reaching the transaction COMM_PRAPPLCAT, we already have the following :

If I try to add a new entry "Product type : Material " with the second product hierarchy ID, i get an error "An entry already exists with the same key".

Does anyone know how I could easily make the second product hierarchy work on our new business role ?
Is it a possible scenario to use several product hierarchy on the same CRM ?

    Hi Anais

    Have you tried to have 2 Hierarchies within the single occurrence of your Material Product Hierarchy?

    Level 1 - Material Product Hierarchy

    Level 2 - Material Product Hierarchy A

    Level 2 - Material Product Hierarchy B


    Been a while since I configured this stuff so I'm trying to recall if this can work.
