Crystal Server Central Management

I'm unable to access Crystal Server Central Management.  When I try to connect I get the below error.

Please advise you can reach me at 732-564-1100 ext 213.

    Hi Debbie,

    It seems like you are not able to get CMC log in page .Correct me if I am wrong.

    Try to launch BI Launchpad , admin tools from the same client machine.

    Are you getting the error since installation? What is the web application server-tomcat or web sphere ,etc?

    Are you able to launch web application server home page from the same client machine?

    Please redeploy BOE war file using the following KBA -

    KBA 1608960 - How to deploy war files in Business Objects BI 4.x using the wdeploy command line utility

    Hi Debbie,

    You can redeploy as suggested by Rukaiya above

    Are you able to reach the URL up to the port number?

    For example: http://servername:8080/

    If no, the issue would lie within the web application server.

    Also, check the BO installation directory/setup/packagestemp if any files exist in this folder.

    Usually plugins/packages left behind also may cause such issues. If yes, these need to be pushed to the db.
