Crystal Report Server Central Management

I'm unable to access the SAP Crystal Server Central management.  I get the below error. Please help

    This forum is not SAP support. This is members only forum who will help by posting messages. No calls.

    The issue looks like you did not deploy the web apps.

    Perform below steps in server.

    Stop Tomcat.

    Delete cache from Tomcat folder -Work\Catalina\localhost

    Restart Tomcat. Cache should be build while Tomcat is running.

    Hi Debbie,

    I moved your post to the BI Platform forum.

    Check your firewall, can you ping the IP address the BOE Server is on?

    Since youa re using BOE you should have a support contract so I suggest logging a case in SMP and get a Rep to give to a call.
