Indexmanagement service Error code 28

Hi Experts,

After doing Re-indexing i can see error code 28 and 6801 in Application log as below.

Indexing document failed. error: an index cannot be created
(Errorcode 28)

Indexing document failed. Preprocessor: inconsistent data
(Errorcode 6801)

Detailed application log is attached.

Can anyone please tell what does error code 28 and 6801 denotes and how can i solve those errors.

      Hi Roman,

      I have uploaded certain files from portal drive to KM. But iam not able to see the document. That is the reason i did reindexing. When i checked from Document folder from content management i can see this document. The iview from where i am trying to see the document is dynamic navigation iview. In that one of the property is "Layout set for Root collection". The value for that property is /taxonomies/HR_Content_Index/HRContent. So Is it mandatory for the document uploaded to be in taxonomy folder. What does this property(Layout set for Root collection) mean?
